■ Message from the President

CEO

Our company is unique in that it possesses both cultural tradition and advanced IT technology.
Through IT, people can connect beyond national borders and cultures, gaining new values, experiences, and knowledge.
We believe that this connection inspires creativity and new awareness that people have never experienced before.
We strive to create content that is enjoyable both to use and to create.
Our goal is to rediscover the culture and traditions that modernization has caused many Japanese people to forget,
and to share with those who are interested the values and technologies that we wish to carry into the future.
Seals, known as 'hanko' in Japan, were introduced from Europe through China and eventually reached Japan.
Japan is a rare country in the world that has a unique 'seal registration system,' which reflects its distinctive seal culture.
Historically, a seal culture comparable to Japan’s can also be found in the Sumerian civilization.
Seals have contributed to Japan’s contract culture and the development of capitalism.
It is said that Western contract culture originated when a vertical contract between God and humans
was transformed into horizontal contracts between people.
The sense of tension when stamping a seal is connected to the spirit that contracts are honored with a solemn awareness, similar to the reverence one feels toward the divine.
Through the contract culture supported by seals, rights such as ownership, inheritance, and legal authority emerged,
bringing modernization and capitalism to Japan.
Throughout history, seals have played an important role and contributed greatly to society.
